暑期“三下乡”职业发展团
于6月28日下午两点启程
去往永州市江华县大圩镇中学，
经过火车汽车的长途跋涉，
在29日下午终于抵达。
我们的到来受到了大圩中学领导热情接待，
领导对678体育_安全节点暑期职业发展活动表示欢迎与支持；
然后678体育第18届支教团易博松学长带领大家参观678体育，
并就大圩中学体育会员们的基本情况进行了交流。
此次的职业发展主要
是篮球与足球的教学培训。
30日一早，
我们实践团的体育会员就来到大圩中学的篮球场
与项目参加此次培训的体育会员们见面，
经过简单的自我介绍后，
由体育教练带领各专项的体育会员进行教学。
理论课与实践课的结合使得上课的内容变得丰富多彩，
让他们对篮球和足球也有了更深层次的认识和理解。
对于我们来说这次三下乡是一种体验，
让我们了解到体育教练的不易和教育的艰辛，
同时也认识到自己在教学方面经验的不足，
与体育会员们沟通方式上的欠缺，
希望经过这次职业发展活动的经历，
能让大家更加珍惜现在的幸福生活和良好的受教育机会，
并且不断地以高标准和严要求来要求自己。
